Instructions for printing the book

The book layout is designed to be double side printed and bound on the left edge. We suggest that you print and bind the book at Kinkos or at your local copy shop. If you choose to print in black and white, with a cardstock cover, printing the book costs about $32. Follow these instructions to print the book online. Comb binding or coil binding work well.

• Download and save the file to your hard drive.

• Go to Kinkos Print Online page: https://www.fedex.com/us/office/copyprint/online/print/packages/

• Choose Manuals.

• Choose Saver.

• Upload your file, click Continue.

• Print Options: Copies: Specify number, Collated, Double Sided, Black and White, Paper categor: Standard Paper Type: Laser Standard white.

• Binding and Stapling: Select preference - Comb or coil.

• Cover type: Cardstock, color natural, both front and back.

• Cutting: none.

• Hole: none;

• Folding: none.

• Tabs and Insets: none.

• Save and continure.

• Preview book,

• Check out.
