(Lübbering) (1793-1861) The daughter of Joannes Daniel Nieland and Gertrud Berghoff (Joannes Daniel, Joannes Bernardus, Johann Daniel, Berndt Nilandt, Earliest Nieland) Maria Adelheidis Nieland was baptized 6 October 1793, in Gemen (Kreis-Borken) Westphalia. We believe she married Gerhardus Henricus Lübbering on 25 November 1817 in Gemen (Kreis-Borken) Westphalia, Prussia. In the marriage record, she is listed as 24 years, 1 month and 24 days old. Witnesses to the marriage are Johannes and Elisabeth Lübbering. We note that one of the godparents for her first child is her mother, Gertrud Berghoff Nieland.
