Funeral service for Annabelle D.
White of Scottsdale, Ariz., was held Thursday, July 15, 2004, at
the Messinger Indian School Mortuary in Scottsdale. Deacon Thomas
Phelan presided at the service.
Mrs. White, 78, died Monday, July
12, at Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, Ariz.
Burial was at Sunland Memorial
Park Cemetery in Sun City, Ariz.
Visitation was held and a rosary
was recited Wednesday, July 14, at the Messinger Indian School Mortuary.
A daughter of Joseph and Apollonia
Boes, she was born June 20, 1926, at Breda and attended grade school
and high school there at St. Bernard.
Mrs. White worked in retail and
enjoyed playing cards and reading.
Survivors include two brothers;
Rufus Boes and his wife, Doris, of Carroll and Cyril Boes and his
wife, Elsie, of Fontanelle; two sisters: Alvina Eischeid of Bayard
and Hilda Laha of Muscatine; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Marian Boes
of Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband,
Raymond White; a brother, Vincent Boes; and three sisters: Edna
Ziegmann, Irmina [sic] Trammel and Johanna Doyle.
