Clara H. Wiewel was born August 31, 1891 at Mount Carmel, Carroll County, Iowa and died March 8, 1932 at the sanitarium in El Reno, OK.

In the year 1901 she moved with her parents to Okarche, OK. On April 21, 1914 she was married to Leonard Hoebing at Okarche.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband and eight children: Lorine, Cyril, Beatrice, Oscar, Leon, Robert, John, and Paul; also four brothers and five sisters: Math, John and August Wiewel, Mrs. Henry Lodes and Mrs. Joe Williams of Okarche, Mrs. Henry Scheidel of Hardington, Nebraska, Mrs. John Lodes and Mrs. Joe Kolker of Elgin, OK, and Ed Wiewel of Pratt, KS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Wiewel, and one sister, Mrs. Mike Lodes.

Funeral services were conducted at Holy Trinity Church in Okarche, Thursday morning at 9 o'clock by Father Steber, and interment made in Holy Trinity Cemetery.

Those from out of town who attended the funeral of Mrs. Leonard Hoebing here Thursday morning were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wiewel of Pratt, KS, Mr. and Mrs. George Hoebing and Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Ishler of Chickasha, John Lodes, daughter Clara, and son Richard, and Joe Kolker and son Ronald of Elgin, OK, Misses Charlotte and Anna Lodes of Oklahoma City, and Kate Lodes of El Reno.
