Lois Marie Steinkamp 1948-1968

Lois Marie Steinkamp, 19, of Breda, died Wednesday
afternoon, Feb. 21 at University Hospital, Omaha, after a long illness.
She had been in failing health since last October.
Requiem mass was read at 11:15 a.m. Saturday by the
Rev. John C. Doherty. Interment was in the parish cemetery. The
Twit Funeral Home of Carroll was in charge.
Pallbearers were: John and Marvin Thobe, Jim Stork,
Jim and Richard Steinkamp, and Roger Eischeid.
Miss Steinkamp was born at Carroll, Dec. 4, 1948,
a daughter of Walter and Rose Kastle Steinkamp. She received her
schooling at Breda and took specialized training as a medical assistant
in Indianapolis, Ind. Since May 1967, she had been employed as a
medical assistant in Physician's Clinic, Omaha. She was a member
of St. Bernard Church, Breda.
Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rudell Snyder,
Breda: two brothers, Cletus and Kenneth, a stepsister, Mrs. Donald
(JoAnn) Renze, Grand Island, Neb.; and her grandmother, Mrs. Mary
Kastle of Carroll.
