OMAHA, Neb.— Mass of the Christian burial for Mary Jo Haller of Omaha, Neb., will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 22, 1996, at St. Gerald East Catholic Church in Omaha.
Mrs. Haller, 47, a native of Carroll, died of cancer Wednesday, July 17, 1996, at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha. Friends will call after noon and a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at Heaffy-Heaffy-Huffman Funeral Home in Omaha.
A daughter of Leo and Leone (Wittry) Buelt, she was born July 31, 1948, at Carroll and attended St. Bernard Schools in Breda, graduating in 1966. She attended St. Catherine School of Nursing in Omaha. She and Robert Haller were married Dec. 28, 1968, at Omaha. The couple settled there. Mrs. Haller had been in failing health for two years. She was a member of St. Gerald’s East Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert, of Omaha; two daughters: Jennifer Wilkins and her husband, Gary, of Omaha and Laura Haller of Omaha; a son, Jeffrey Haller of
Omaha; a granddaughter, Cassandra Haller, of Omaha; her mother, Leone Buelt, of Breda; two sisters: Kay (Mrs. Don) Davis of Kent, Wash., and Rosie (Mrs. Andrew) Wiederin of Glendale, Calif.; two brothers: Lee Buelt and his wife, Merrie Ann, of Exira and Bob Buelt and his wife, Joan, of Breda; two brothers-in-law: Phillip Haller and his wife, Carol, of Omaha and Jim Haller and his wife, Carol, of Ithaca, Neb.; and a sister-in-law, Ann Haller, of Omaha.
Mrs. Haller was preceded in death by her father, Leo Buelt, in 1984.
