ARCADIA — Mrs. Anton (Mary) Steinkamp, 76, of Arcadia died Monday, February 26, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Church in Arcadia with the Rev. C.A. Ahmann officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Victor Tomka Jr., Ralph Niehaus, Leroy Niehaus, Ray Glass, Bob Schroeder and Vernon Noelck.

Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Twit Funeral Home in Carroll where rosaries will be at 3 and 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Steinkamp, the daughter of John Henry and Bernadine (Weber) Kohorst, was born Jan. 10, 1903 at Arcadia. She attended St. John's School in Arcadia. Her marriage to Anton H. Steinkamp took place Feb. 4., 1925 at St. John's Church.

Survivors include her husband, Anton; one daughter, Bonnie at home; two brothers, Vincent and Leo Kohorst of Arcadia; three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Wernimont, Mrs. Joe (Anna) Wernimont and Mrs. Walter (Kathryn) Seyller, all of Carroll; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister.
