1899 Application for Liquor License and Liquor Dealer's Bond
Richard Pappe applied for a licensed to sell liquor in his saloon in Kingfisher, O.T. in July 1899. The property was Lot 22 of Block 7, which was located on the east side of North Main Street near Roberts Avenue (next to the present day Kingfisher Times building).
On July 22, 1899 he posted a bond for $2000, thereby promising that he would abide by the regulations of the territory regarding the sale of intoxicating liquors.
