El Reno American, Thursday, September 11, 1924 Albert L. Pappe, prominent Canadian county farmer, passed away on Monday evening at his home ten miles southwest of El Reno. He is survived by his wife, three sons and two daughters. He came to this country from Germany at the age of 17 years and was 69 years of age at the time of his death. He came to Oklahoma 20 years ago. Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon from the Methodist church at Union City by Rev. A. B. Hickman, and interment was made in the Union Cemetery.
